Senior Analyst, Deployment

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the Champions process for deployment, facilitating regular project reviews, tracking initiatives, and ensuring accountability for delivery of savings.
• Drive cost-savings initiatives within the deployment function, identifying innovative opportunities to reduce waste, redeploy excess inventory, and optimize distribution strategies.
• Drive seasonal strategy planning to ensure efficient network readiness and cost‑effective execution during peak demand periods.
• Support the forward‑looking deployment plan, integrating forecasted demand, capacity, and network constraints to maintain optimal inventory flow.
• Manage and enhance digital deployment tools, ensuring adoption and leveraging data analytics for performance visibility and decision-making.
• Oversee monthly deployment financial reporting, consolidating performance metrics, analyzing variances, and providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to develop best practices, share learnings, and support enterprise‑wide deployment excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

New Hire Base Salary Range : $88,000.00 - $110,000.00

Bonus : This position is eligible for a performance‑based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
