The Analyst – Strategic Discovery will be primarily responsible for supporting the Corporate BI team by collaborating cross‑functionally to understand business processes and identify data sources across the enterprise. The role will work with the BI team to understand business requirements and document results. In addition, the Analyst – Strategic Discovery will partner with the Tech and Data Management teams to ensure that data is transmitted and stored in the appropriate channels to support the Corporate BI team's data models and reporting requirements.
Primary Responsibilities / Objectives :
- Coordinate with reporting teams to identify critical data to capture and report on
- Build relationships with SMEs across the enterprise to identify data sources for reporting requirements
- Understand, document and be able to communicate complex business processes to technical and reporting teams
- Coordinate with technical teams to consolidate data in the data lake
- Other responsibilities as assigned

Position requires knowledge typically associated with a Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Business, a related technical or business field, or equivalent work experience4‑5 years of applicable experience as a Business Data Analyst or similar role4‑5 years of experience with cloud database tools, such as Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake or similar4‑5 years of experience with SQL4‑5 years of experience with spreadsheet tools, such as Google Sheets or ExcelUnderstanding of the Payments industry or Financial Reporting is a plusExperience with modeling tools, such as Lucid, is a plusPreferred Qualities :
