GIS Business Intelligence Developer

The Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Business Intelligence Developer leads the collection, analysis, forecasting, and reporting of sustainability and public health data. Using tools such as GIS, Power BI, and Salesforce, it plays a key role in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights. This position is responsible for developing and standardizing processes for organizing, managing, and auditing data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency. The insights generated support internal and external stakeholders in understanding program effectiveness and guiding data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data collection, analysis, and visualization efforts using GIS, Power BI, Salesforce, and other analytic tools.
• Design and implement standardized processes for data management and quality assurance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure data relevance and usability.
• Provide forecasting and analytical support to evaluate program outcomes and inform strategic planning.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with applicable standards and policies.
