Now hiring a Senior Architect for direct-hire!Trillium Construction is now seeking a Senior Architect for direct-hire placement out of Madison / Milwaukee, WI!
Schedule is $75-150k per year. Our client is a well established Design Build GC that provides a full service team of architecture, engineering and construction professionals.
Projects include commercial retail, multifamily and sr. living.
Job Duties :
Providing leadership and coordination with project team members from project inception through
completion.
- Leading the development of construction documents.
- Collaborating with engineering and construction professionals to deliver our clients’ visions for their
projects on schedule and within budget.
Leading client presentations and meetings.
Apply now!· Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited university (Master’s degree preferred)
- AIA licensure in Wisconsin (NCARB accreditation preferred).
- Ten years of commercial design and production experience with conceptual, schematic and construction documents, and construction administration.
- Experience leading high performance project teams.
- Demonstrated software proficiency in Revit and Enscape (proficiency in Bluebeam and MasterSpec is a plus).
- Proficiency in Procore (preferred).
- Enthusiasm for the design / build approach including collaboration with engineering and construction professionals.
- Effective working individually and within team environments.
- Strong time management, leadership, organizational and priority setting skills.
- High initiative and passion for continuous learning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
