A leading 200+ patient bed medical center is currently seeking a healthcare professional to join their team as the Director of Cardiovascular Services.

The Director of Cardiac Services will play a pivotal role in managing both administrative and clinical functions within the Cardiovascular services department including the Cardiac Cath Lab, EEG, Echo, and Cardiopulmonary.
This includes ensuring appropriate staffing levels, managing budgets for labor and operations, maintaining compliance with policies and regulations, overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care services and make strategic decisions regarding staffing, including hiring, firing, and disciplining staff as necessary.
Qualifications in the role of Director of Cardiac Services include possessing multiple years of supervisory experience, familiarity with hybrid cardiac programs, growing services in cardiology, and Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Preferred qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience and expertise to enhance the hospital's cardiac services.
