The Information Technology organization is the technological foundation of our business and works in collaboration with our partners from across the company. The team drives technology and digital transformation, partners with business leaders to design and execute new strategies through IT and operations services and ensures the necessary IT risk management and security measures are in place and aligned with enterprise architecture standards and principles.
About the Role : As a key member of the Enterprise IT Business Management Team, the Vice President of Business Service Delivery Technology will be responsible for leading the planning, execution and continuous improvement of Enterprise IT's outsourced vendor relationship with the objective of maturing and optimizing the operating model.
The role includes partnering with the Vendor to ensure standardization of processes, monitoring performance and continuous improvement of overall service delivery through establishment of key metrics and ensuring continuity and performance stabilization throughout the transition as we move to steady state across 200+ Applications in the Enterprise IT portfolio.
The role requires strong expertise in overall IT service management and vendor governance.
Responsibilities :
Manage the end-to-end service delivery across the Enterprise IT portfolio for + 200 applications across the application management and development life cycle.Work with the Vendor and overall IT Business Delivery Leader to establish robust performance metrics / KPIs, governance frameworks and operating models as part of overall service delivery.Work with the overall IT Service Delivery Leader on the allocation of the committed Vendor Investment spend, ensuring inclusion of agreed strategic priorities for the Enterprise IT portfolio.Manage the Vendor's adherence to SLAs, KPIs, compliance and regulatory requirements and contractual commitments to measure success and ensure quality of deliver across the Enterprise IT portfolio.Work with the Vendor to implement consistent service delivery models and standardized operation procedures that are updated in line with contractually agreed cadences.Analyze new demand across the teams partnering with the Vendor to ensure cost effective terms that leverage existing SLAs and the investment fund.Stakeholder Management :
Act as the primary liaison for Enterprise IT between the Enterprise IT Leadership team, Application Teams and Vendor Support Team on all service delivery related matters.Work with the Vendor to establish an optimal Target Operating Model for the Enterprise IT areas that is well understood, defined and communicated to all stakeholders, that will drive efficiencies and optimizations across the portfolio.Manage expectations of internal stakeholders and external partners (vendors, clients) through proactive communication.Proactively manage the escalation process and drive rapid resolution of service issues, escalating to leadership where needed to mitigate risks / issues and resolve in a timely manner.Foster strong partnership with the Vendor Management leadership.Financial Management & Operational Excellence :
Manage the ongoing contractual budgeted financials as it pertains to Enterprise IT portfolio, driving optimal financial efficiency and transparency through ongoing reporting and analysis.Work with ITBMO lead and Vendor partner on budgeting, forecasting and cost optimization as it pertains to the Enterprise IT portfolio.Ensure Operational excellence is upheld by our Vendor in line with contractual terms / SLAs, including all security, regulatory and compliance aspects; production systems uptime and reliability; and availability of data that are critical to the functioning of the Enterprise IT eco-system.Technology Innovation, Development and Improvement :
Champion a culture of continuous improvement through adoptions of industry best practices across the service delivery model.Partner with the vendor to analyze ongoing key service delivery metrics in support of the portfolio to drive iterative improvements.Look for opportunities to further innovate efforts to improve service quality and create financial efficiencies.Strategic Planning & Leadership :
Manage the overall strategy planning for IT vendor consolidation across Enterprise IT functions.Collaborate with Business and IT leadership to ensure alignment of service delivery models to the Enterprise Functions needs.Work with the overall IT Business Service Delivery Lead and ITBMO lead on the implementation of Corbridge's IT Roadmap with the Vendor that aligns with Enterprise IT's business and technology plans.Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment both with other teams across Corebridge IT, and across the Vendor Technology teams.Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information systems, or related field.7+ years' experience in IT Service Delivery or outsourcing working with offshore service providers and third-party vendors within the financial services industry.Proven track record in managing large-scale global IT service delivery operations.Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.Strong commercial acumen with experience in financial management and contract governance.Proven ability to manage budgets, projects, and resources effectively.Excellent organizational, time management, resource planning, and analytical skills.Strategic mindset with operational execution skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, concurrently managing multiple initiatives, while managing key priorities.Compensation :
The anticipated salary range in the Jersey City, NJ region for this position is $135,000 to $175,000 at the commencement of employment. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate's geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications.
In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. Corebridge also offers a range of competitive benefits as part of the total compensation package, as detailed below.
Work Location : This position is based in Corebridge Financial's Houston, TX or Jersey City, NJ office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
