What You'll Do :

Perform MIG welding on 18-gauge to -inch mild steel

Fabricate and weld parts for pavement maintenance equipment and safety railings

Execute butt and fill welds with precision and consistency

Grind and finish parts to meet quality standards

Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols accurately

What You Bring :

Proven MIG welding experience

Ability to work with mild steel in various thicknesses

Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills

Attention to detail and pride in producing clean, strong welds

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Your Work Environment :

You'll be part of a large, well-organized warehouse supporting fabrication and assembly for the industrial roofing industry. Materials include mild steel and outsourced components like motors, pneumatics, and electronicsgiving you exposure to a variety of builds and techniques.

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
