Join us and make TEECOM even better. About the Position We’re seeking a senior-level acoustic engineer to join our Acoustics & Vibration team as an Associate Principal. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, leadership, and a collaborative mindset to support projects from concept through construction. This individual will lead and deliver high-profile projects across a range of markets, including higher education, workplace, healthcare, performing arts, transportation, cultural, industrial, and mission-critical facilities. Through these projects, they will collaborate and manage multidisciplinary teams across all TEECOM provided services. Internally, it is expected that this candidate will oversee and manage project teams, delegate work effectively, and promote TEECOM core values. Externally, this candidate will manage client relationships, coordinate with architects and engineers, and provide clear, professional communication throughout all project phases. There will be responsibility for project travel to support in-person meetings and conducting site measurements. Desk work is anticipated to analyze data, perform engineering calculations, develop models, and lead the preparation of design documenation with minimal oversight. prepare technical reports, It is the responsibility of this candidate to champion and maintain high standards of quality, technical accuracy, and project delivery.
