Job Summary We are seeking a Creative Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Designer to drive improvements in click-through rate (CTR) and conversion rate (CVR) across our Amazon & TikTok Shop listings.

This role is focused on creative optimization—crafting, testing, and refining images and content to maximize performance.

The ideal candidate combines strong design ability with an analytical mindset, using poll feedback and performance data to produce visuals that convert.

This position will collaborate closely with our marketing and Amazon teams to elevate the visual storytelling and performance of our product pages.
