Our Anaheim facility supports customers in the aerospace medical and defense industries. Were looking for a dependable detail-oriented Electronics Inventory Clerk to join our production support team.
Position Summary
The Electronics Inventory Clerk (Stockroom Clerk) is responsible for accurately receiving organizing and issuing electronic components used in PCB manufacturing. This role supports production by maintaining accurate inventory pulling kits from Bills of Materials (BOMs) and performing data entry within our inventory system.
This is a full-time on-site position in Anaheim CA.
Key Responsibilities
Receive label and store electronic components and raw materials according to handling procedures (ESD-safe environment).
Pull parts and build kits for production based on Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Perform accurate data entry for part numbers quantities and lot tracking into the ERP or inventory management system.
Conduct cycle counts and participate in inventory audits.
Maintain organized stockroom shelving and ensure components are easily accessible.
Support production teams by responding quickly to material requests.
Follow company safety and quality procedures at all times.
Work independently and with the team.

1 year of experience in stockroom inventory or materials handling (preferably in electronics manufacturing).
Familiarity with electronic components part numbers and basic PCB materials.
Experience reading and interpreting Bills of Materials (BOMs) .
Basic data entry and computer skills (Excel or ERP systems).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to stand and move throughout the day lift up to 25 lbs.
Experience in an ESD-controlled environment .
Prior work in electronics aerospace or defense manufacturing .
Knowledge of inventory control systems or ERP software (like Sage100 JobBOSS or similar).
Full-time MondayFriday day shift or second shift.
