About the Role

The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President of Operations to take on a pivotal role in overseeing the financial performance, operational standards, and guest satisfaction of a portfolio of full-service and lifestyle hotels across the Western U.S. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring General Managers to meet and exceed revenue, profitability, and service goals. This hands-on, field-oriented position also involves daily operations oversight, P&L management, and ensuring compliance with the company's standards. The role is key in supporting the growth of the portfolio, including the integration of new properties, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Applicants for the Regional Vice President of Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 8-12 years' experience in multi-property or regional hotel operations leadership, with a background in full-service, lifestyle, or upper-upscale hotels. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, a proven track record of driving results, and excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. The position requires the candidate to be based within 2 hours of San Diego and is travel-intensive.
