Position : Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location : White Castle, Louisiana
Overview : We're hiring a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school district. As an integral part of our team, you'll assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students, fostering effective communication skills and academic success.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational professionals.
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team.
- Evaluate the communication skills of referred students and diagnose speech and / or language disorders.
- Perform evaluations on referred students and make treatment recommendations.
- Offer support and training to teachers for classroom communication.
Requirements :
- Masters or Doctorate Degree in Communication and Sciences Disordersor Speech and Language Pathology
- Active Speech Language Pathology License Position Type :
