Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced, bilingual professional to join and oversee artist relations and logistics coordination for our live events portfolio in mainland China primarily and across Asia. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that sits at the intersection of music, culture, and international event production.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Strong client relations skills
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and spoken)
• Deep understanding of Chinese culture, traditions and business etiquette
• Proven experience in artist relations, tour management, and international event logistics
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to operate under pressure
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones and cultures
• Required travel to China multiple times per year
• Valid passport required; must be eligible to obtain all visas necessary for international travel, including entry into Mainland China
