Enterprise Architect III- ServiceNow

Summary   GAMA-1 Technologies, LLC seeks a skilled Enterprise Architect III- ServiceNow on upcoming work, who will oversee the design and architecture of the ServiceNow solution to ensure alignment with the client's business objectives and technical requirements in a telework environment.

The Enterprise Architect III- ServiceNow will be responsible for guiding the architecture, configuration, and deployment of the ServiceNow modules (SAM, HAM, ITOM Visibility), ensuring scalability and alignment with the organization’s IT asset management needs.

Review the implementation of workflows, dashboards, and reporting capabilities.

Evaluate current platform capabilities and recommend enhancements that drive automation, efficiency, and compliance with enterprise standards.

Lead the architectural design of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it meets project objectives and best practices for IT asset management.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements for Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) Visibility.

Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with existing systems (e.g., SCCM, discovery tools) and ensure data consistency within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Validate and recommend the selection of ServiceNow modules, including evaluation of out-of-the-box (OOTB) features and custom solutions.

Ensure ServiceNow architecture complies with quality assurance and security requirements, including access controls and data protection.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA). 4- 8 years of experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, specifically in SAM, HAM, and ITOM Visibility.

Strong understanding of CMDB, discovery tools, and integration methods.

Preferred Qualifications Experience working with government or highly regulated environments.

Familiarity with ITIL-based IT Service Management and governance best practices.

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.

Work authorization / security clearance requirements Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Work environment This work will be completed in a telework environment.

Physical demands Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organizations and client facilities.

Travel required :

• Yes, occasional travel to the client site in Hanford, Washington, as needed.
