Operations Leader For Consumer Lending Bankruptcy Function

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to lead a newly combined Consumer Lending Operations Bankruptcy function. In this role, you will :

Lead the Bankruptcy Operations team in delivering service excellence while aligning with business management priorities, including financial planning, workforce strategy, and enterprise initiatives.

Manage all aspects of bankruptcy servicing including intake, payment processing, legal coordination, and customer communications. Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

Collaborate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Control partners to maintain a robust control environment and proactively mitigate operational risks.

Develop and lead a team of managers and specialists. Promote a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Support talent development and succession planning.

Drive process optimization, automation, and digitization efforts in partnership with Shared Services and Technology teams to enhance servicing efficiency and customer experience.

Represent Bankruptcy Operations in regulatory exams, audits, and internal reviews. Ensure timely responses and implementation of corrective actions.

Partner with Default Servicing, Collections, Customer Contact Centers, and Business Management teams to ensure cohesive operational delivery and strategic alignment.

Required Qualifications :

• 8+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education
• 4+ years of management or leadership experience
