About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team and take ownership of high-impact marketing initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for a driven, creative, and strategic marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution . The role requires a mix of hands-on contribution and team leadership , with significant growth potential as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Research & Campaign Orchestration : Manage and coordinate lead research to fuel the sales pipeline and orchestrate targeted email marketing campaigns.
• Email Marketing : Draft, design, and optimize campaigns across multiple email platforms, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
• Website Management : Design, update, and optimize company homepages to ensure they are engaging, on-brand, and conversion-focused.
• Creative Production : Design and develop sales and marketing materials; create high-quality visuals using Photoshop (or similar tools) —note : Canva is not used in this role .
• Go-to-Market Execution : Drive new go-to-market initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Media Partnerships : Manage and nurture relationships with media partners to maximize visibility and ROI.
• Social Media Management : Oversee company social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and audience engagement.
• Team Leadership : Serve as both an individual contributor and a manager, leading a small team of two, while also collaborating cross-functionally.
