Job Description

Job Summary

The Advisor - Reliability & Maintenance is responsible for the analysis and improvement of maintenance processes and procedures. The Advisor reports to the Manager - Reliability and Maintenance to execute quality improvement plans.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyzes reliability and maintenance processes to determine effectiveness.
• Develops, documents, and maintains the maintenance strategies for the Company fleet.
• Provides quality improvement recommendations to the maintenance group.
• Develops and reviews technical bulletins, maintenance alerts, and technical support notices.
• Manages technical aspects of global maintenance and inspection contracts and agreements.
• Documents and reports maintenance key performance indicators (KPIs) for both offshore and onshore users.
• Provides recommendations and support for the department budgeting process.
• Provides fleetwide support for Maintenance Alert Execution.
• Serves on various committees aimed at developing the company's best practices for maintaining our equipment and eliminating downtime.
