Job Responsibilities :

• Serve as the principal Joint Knowledge Online (JKO) Training Coordinator, maintaining profiles and supporting subordinate commands.
• Ensure personnel complete required training to maintain deployable status.
• Coordinate General Military Training (GMT) and Navy e-learning programs, tracking training for 200 personnel and reporting weekly.
• Maintain training management systems such as FLTMPS and TWMS.
• Coordinate USAID / BHA training events and reserve training spaces.
• Participate in operational planning and support command training programs.
• Develop training objectives and support lower echelon commands and reserve units.
• Complete all required DoD and Navy training in accordance with regulations.
• Support information operations planning and coordination for exercises and events.
