Compliance Operations Specialist (Marketing)

As a Compliance Operations Specialist, youll be the gatekeeper of accuracy and compliance, ensuring that all external marketing materials meet the highest standards. Responsibilities :

• Manage the evolving compliance needs across various lines of business related to paid marketing.
• Develop and execute compliance processes, ensuring all marketing assets are thoroughly vetted before launch.
• QA all marketing assets prior to launch, meticulously reviewing for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Track all live assets, maintaining a comprehensive record of reviews, approvals, and revisions.
• Act as a liaison between the External Marketing Group and cross-functional stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration.
• Communicate project updates to key stakeholders, gaining consensus on prioritization and ensuring alignment.
• Maintain accurate records of all reviews, approvals, and revisions made to marketing materials.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $33.57 to $37.31 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
