Lolita's Coastal Cocina , exciting new waterfront restaurant coming to Opal Key Resort & Marina, is looking for Bussers to join our team. The Busser will provide efficient and legible service to all guests in a professional manner in harmony with the restaurant's service standards.

Responsibilities for the Busser :
Set and refresh tables with place settings and linens according to restaurant standardsRack and stack all dishes and utensils for dishwashingPrepare condiments and beverages as neededAssist wait staff with silverware rolling, replenishing drinks, food delivery, and other tasks as assignedEnsure the cleanliness of the dining area, lounge, and outside areas including sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning windows, and other duties as assignedAssist in stocking service station with necessary items as neededAssist in the preparation and breakdown of any special eventsAdhere to safety and sanitary proceduresOther duties as assignedRequirements for Busser :
