We are looking for a dynamic team leader to add to our team. We are a unique boutique hotel with a fine dining outlet and we are looking for a Sommelier-certified Front of House Manager to manage our program. Candidates should be experienced with ultra fine dining, serving UHNW and celebrity individuals, and be versatile in meeting guest needs.
Restaurant Manager and Sommelier Qualifications :
- 3+ years in Restaurant leadership for a fine dining restaurant
- Sommelier certification required- must have a true passion for wine
- Versatile and nible to deal with dynamic programming
- Out-of-the-box thinker and problem solver
- Able to live and work in the Florida Keys
Restaurant Manager and Sommelier Responsibilities :
Manage the Front of House team with consistency and integrityOwn the wine program, including sourcing, inventory management, guest recommendations, and pairing recommendationsWork with the Culinary team to ensure perfect service and guest experienceWork with the General Manager and marketing team on promotional events and programmingWork with the sales team regarding special events, banquets, caterings, and buyoutsOther duties as assignedRestaurant Manager and Sommelier Benefits :
