VNA Care is seeking a Weekend Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) to conduct home health visits for the Leominster Teams team. This position entails working on Friday, Saturday or Saturday, Sunday, with flexible 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts and focusing on specific territories within the Leominster team geography.

Visits are scheduled in :

Leominster, Lunenburg, Fitchburg, Shirley, Bolton and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Active and valid MA PT license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Willingness to travel within designated geographic areas.
