Windows System Administrator

Blue Mantis is a leading cloud management consulting and integration firm that helps clients fully virtualize their environments and transform their datacenter and IT operations to effectively leverage the power of cloud computing. We are looking for a Windows Systems Administrator that will be able to work on our clients IT projects and also resolving tickets that are opened by our clients end users. This role requires you to be onsite five days a week in the Foxborough MA area.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day administration of Active Directory, SCCM, EntraID, Intune, and Exchange environments.
• Help in planning onboarding / offboarding process for employees.
• Performance and capacity management projections for on-premises equipment.
• Support end-user needs during various projects.
• Support project team on various projects, i.e. work with Sys Admins on project rollouts and processes.
• Monitor rollouts and troubleshoot issues
• Create / Maintain configuration policies to manage machines via Intune.
• Assist in application installations and testing.
