Planning Subject Matter Expert (Sme)

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide advanced planning and scheduling support across multiple mission-critical programs and locations. This role is essential to the development and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), proposal planning, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Critical Path Methodology, Earned Value Management (EVM), and experience with tools such as Deltek Open Plan.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), including proposal schedules and Basis of Estimate (BOE) support.
• Assess planning and scheduling requirements and verify alignment with customer requests.
• Advise Program Management on contractual impacts, critical events, and risks affecting delivery or cost.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
• Apply Critical Path Methodology to schedule network development and analysis.
• Support Earned Value Management (EVM) practices and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production teams.
• Prepare status reports, metrics, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to risk and opportunity analysis and support internal / external audits.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
