POSITION SUMMARY : Analysts in the Capital Markets group will participate in a wide range of capital markets and real estate transactions including both debt and equity transactions, structured finance transactions, and other unique ventures. Capital Markets Analysts are expected to play an integral role in the deal cycle including negotiations with external capital partners, financial modeling, and maintaining unique strategic initiatives. Analysts are responsible for development of the business and are expected to regularly contribute to meetings with senior leadership. Analysts are expected to assume an integral role in the business and can expect to be staffed on several deals at one time.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Live deal experience
• Investment committee presentation preparation and support
• Financial modeling
• Debt and equity placement & execution
• Negotiations of limited partnership agreements, operating agreements, loan docs, etc.
• CMBS securitizations and other structured finance transactions
• Fund management - Investment team member
• Others duties as assign by supervisor
