Job Description Summary : The CMLR & Marketing Operations Coordinator will support both the promotional review process and broader marketing operations. This hybrid role ensures compliant, efficient, and timely review of US promotional and medical materials while also supporting marketing execution, asset management, and campaign coordination. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and brings strong organizational and communication skills. The incumbent will ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and business rules as appropriate.

Job Description : CMLR Review Support

• Coordinate the end-to-end CMLR review process for promotional and medical materials.
• Schedule and facilitate CMLR meetings, distribute agendas, and capture decisions and action items.
• Manage submission timelines and approvals using Veeva Vault PromoMats or similar systems.
• Ensure version control and compliance with FDA regulations and PTC SOPs.
• Partner with US-based stakeholders to resolve review issues and ensure timely approvals.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support inspection readiness activities.
• Track performance metrics and assist in preparing campaign reports and dashboards.

Marketing Operations

Qualifications :

Expected Base Salary Range : $74,800 - $94,200. The base salary offered will be contingent on assessment of candidate education level, background, and experience relative to the requirements of the position they are being considered for, as well as review of internal equity. In addition to base salary, PTC employees are also eligible for short- and long-term incentives. All eligible employees may also enroll in PTC's medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plans.
