An AISC Erector headquartered in Dallas-Fort Worth is looking to bring an experienced  Structural Steel Estimator  on to their team. Mid-level to Chief Estimators will be considered with negotiable compensation based on experience. Given the complexity of installing heavy structural steel for the commercial construction, Estimators must have knowledge beyond only steel fabrication. Working experience with Tekla EPM and Bluebeam software is a plus.

Qualifications for Structural Steel Estimator :

• 5+ years of experience in the structural steel industry
• Project Experience on Heavy Steel Construction +5,000 Tons
• Knowledge of current AISC structural codes and standards
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• 3+ years of Steel Erection Estimating
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
