About the Role : I’m partnered with a fast-growing AI company building fraud prevention technology used by some of the world’s largest online platforms. They’re now looking for a Technical Account Manager to join their foundational Customer Success team. You’ll be the bridge between customers and the product, ensuring enterprise clients get the maximum value from the platform. This role is perfect for someone technical who thrives in customer-facing work and wants to have real impact at an early-stage AI company.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the trusted advisor for enterprise customers, ensuring adoption and long-term success.
• Translate complex technical challenges into actionable solutions using the company’s AI platform.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to resolve technical issues quickly.
• Provide expert guidance on data integrations, APIs, monitoring, and pipeline management.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing product roadmap and strategy.
• Drive customer satisfaction and expansion through strong technical and relationship skills.

What We’re Looking For

The Details

Base pay range : $130,000.00 / yr - $210,000.00 / yr

Compensation : $130k – $210k base + equity
