Research Coordinator

Our client, a privately owned investment firm, is seeking a Research Coordinator to join their organization. They are looking for an individual who is a skilled communicator, with strong organizational and prioritization skills. The hours are 8 : 30am-5 : 30pm with occasional after-hours email monitoring. This role is onsite five days per week in Manhattan.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as a key support partner to the Founding Partner and investment team, managing research and data-related workflows.
• Maintain and update the firm's CRM system (Dynamo), ensuring accuracy of investor and company data.
• Track investment activity, research insights, and relationship management information across the firm.
• Assist with the preparation of client materials, presentations, and reports.
• Provide general administrative and project support to senior leadership as needed.
• Support the firm's broader operational initiatives and office coordination efforts during periods of growth.
