Account Executive
The Account Executive is responsible for assessing the provider market, developing strategic growth plans, and analyzing business opportunities to support Health First Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) goals. The Account Executive manages business portfolios according to agreed market development strategy while working directly with both providers and the IDN executive team.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Creates, implements, and tracks annual strategic growth plans to ensure budgeted growth objectives are met in accordance with IDN strategy.
- Serves as a voice of the customer, assisting with issue resolution, and presenting growth and development recommendations.
- Presents market trends, provider and consumer feedback to the IDN System leadership (Hospitals, Medical Group, Service Lines, Outpatient Services, etc.) in order to guide informed strategic decision-making.
- Evaluates, analyzes, and interprets market utilization data for market facilities' service line, ensuring that sales priorities are identified in line with the vision and strategic goals of the Service Line, under the direction of the Business Development Director.
- Prepares and presents monthly sales dashboard, identifying trends, additional business opportunities, and obstacles to retention and new business growth.
- Participates and leads provider related process improvement projects.
- Completes face-to-face sales meetings with physicians and staff, ensuring that a thorough understanding is gained regarding the physicians' desires and needs.
- Completes follow-up meetings with licensed practitioners, and staff as needed to close business, ensuring that internal and external obstacles to business growth and retention are identified and minimized or eliminated.
- Manages issues in an objective fact gathering manner to ensure internal constituents receive adequate and appropriate information to act on. Develops appropriate messages on behalf of the organization regarding provider issues.
- Documents contacts, provider visits, issue resolution and market intelligence into Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Attends corporate and community events to build relationships with potential and existing customers representing Health First services.

Minimum Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Work Experience : Two (2) years of sales experience.Licensure : Valid Driver's License and clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and maintained.Certification : NoneSkills / Knowledge / Abilities : Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Research, understand, and explain healthcare services' volume, utilization, and market data. Ability to use personal vehicle to attend various on-site and off-site events, or meetings as required by leadership. Financial acumen. Organized; detail-oriented. Communication oral, auditory and written. Presentation / facilitation. Problem solving.Preferred Qualifications :
Previous experience in Sales or selling in hospitals and directly to physicians.Knowledge and understanding of financials with Relative Value Units (RVUs) statements.Expert knowledge on preparing and presenting executive reports.Physical Requirements :
Majority of time involves sitting or standing; occasional walking, bending, and stooping.Long periods of computer time or at workstation.Light work that may include lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds with or without assistance.May be exposed to inside environments with varied temperatures, air quality, lighting and / or low to moderate noise.Communicating with others to exchange information.Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination to perform tasks.Workspace may vary from open to confined, onsite, or remote.May require travel to various facilities within and beyond county perimeter; may require use of personal vehicle.Benefits :
