Key Responsibilities
Obtain complete and accurate demographic and financial information from various sources
Notify patients and family members of insurance coverage issues and document necessary information
Complete all shift duties in a timely and accurate manner while maintaining positive customer service
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
0-2 years of prior relevant experience
Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local insurance laws and regulations
Ability to utilize multiple computer systems
Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus
