We represent victims of sexual abuse in civil cases. Our attorneys have extensive experience advocating for survivors of sexual abuse.

We are dedicated to helping victims of these horrible crimes heal the wounds of their abuse by empowering them through the legal process.

Role Description

This is a full-time Office Administrator / Receptionist position based in the Los Angeles / Woodland Hills area. The position will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, maintaining office supplies and inventory, handling deliveries, overseeing incoming and outgoing mail, setting up conference rooms for meetings, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

This position will also provide clerical support such as calendaring, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator, detail oriented, and possess strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years as a Legal Secretary preferred
  • Ability to transfer calls from one location or extension to another
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience in a law firm setting a plus
