Element Care is seeking an Activities Coordinator to join our dedicated team in supporting older adults through our PACE program. This role is crucial for creating engaging, therapeutic, and enjoyable activities tailored to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of our participants. The Activities Coordinator will design programs that help our clients maintain their independence, enhance their well-being, and ensure a higher quality of life while remaining in their own homes. This role demands a passion for working with the elderly, a creative mind, and a deep understanding of the needs of older adults.
