Summer School Speech Therapist (ESY)
Job Title : Temporary Summer School Speech Therapist
Duration : July 1st to August 1st, 2024
Schedule : 4-5 hours a day, 3 days a week (Up to 15 hours a week)
Location : Monmouth County
Pay Rate : $55-$60 per hour
Description :
Are you passionate about helping children thrive? We are seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our summer school program in Monmouth County.
This temporary position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on young learners' lives.
Responsibilities :
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in a summer school setting.
- Assess students' speech and language abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct therapy sessions using a variety of techniques and activities tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' progress.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
