Maintenance Field Service Technician

PrideNow is hiring a skilled Customer Field Service Technician with electro-mechanical maintenance experience . This is a direct hire opportunity for our manufacturing client in Tonawanda / Buffalo area, NY. Candidates should be comfortable with local and regional travel up to 80%

Salary : $60k-$80k Annually dependent on experience

Shift : 7 / 8am-4 / 5pm, candidates should be flexible to work OT and weekends occasionally

Job Duties :

• Perform preventive maintenance on freeze-drying equipment ensuring safe and efficient operation
• Troubleshoot system errors and failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to restore equipment functionality
• Support equipment commissioning and, when not in the field, assist with production, testing, and customer service tasks
• Complete and manage documentation and computer records required for service execution and quality tracking
• Remain available for on-call support as required by service agreements
• Represent the company professionally at customer sites with punctuality and appropriate conduct
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and service excellence
