Controller with CPA License

A company is looking for a Controller to manage financial reporting and compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards

Manage client compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements, collaborating with external experts as needed

Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, ensuring high performance and effective project management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Master's in Accounting and / or CPA license preferred

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Controller with a proven track record in a multi-client environment

2+ years of audit experience in a CPA firm

Deep accounting experience across multiple industries

Experience managing teams to meet deadlines in a sustainable manner
