The responsibilities and requirements of the cook duties include :
- Daily cooking and cleaning duties
- Portioning and prep duties related to the kitchen
- Handling of raw chicken
- Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 75 Ibs. From one area to another).
- Dishwasher duties, (3 compartment sink)
- Be able to safely handle the filtering and discarding of hot grease.
- Be able to follow health code regulations at all times in food preparation and cleaning duties.
