Job descriptionPrimarily clinic-based with dedicated OR block time Current volumes average 15-18 patients per day No trauma responsibilities; preference for physicians to take consult phone calls from ER ( maybe once a month) Flexible options available for part-time or gradual ramp-up Base salary between $500K-$550K, with potential for regional pay differential up to $600K Signing bonus between $25K-$50K based on candidate experience Full benefits package including retirement, CME, and malpractice Relocation assistance and PTO included Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology Ideal for mid-career physicians with ~10 years of practice ahead Community-minded individual eager to establish local relationships Comfortable with a general ENT scope; subspecialty training not required Rural town located two hours south of Champaign and 45 minutes from the next closest ENT Quiet, family-friendly community ideal for those seeking low-cost, slower-paced living Strong patient loyalty and referral base with minimal local competition Limited housing inventory; onsite support available to assist with relocation Contribute to global health initiatives by participating in international locum assignments, addressing healthcare disparities and supporting healthcare infrastructure development. Practice Overview
- You'll be the sole ENT at a community-based facility with a long-standing need
- Supported by a full-time PA (who also covers Allergy) and onsite Audiologist
- ENT outreach from another physician occurs monthly
- General ENT focus only; complex cases referred to a larger hub 2 hours north
