A company is looking for a Customer Success Project Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee project communication and coordination for new Managed Service customers
Manage the onboarding process, including service setup and client introductions
Facilitate hand-offs to Account Managers and manage offboarding processes
Required Qualifications
Strong project management skills
Technical aptitude and experience with cloud technologies
Experience working in or with the nonprofit sector
Proficiency in MS Office and standard office applications
Experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments preferred
