Job descriptionHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) Seven years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Regularly require use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms The employee frequently is required to stand; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl The employee is occasionally required to walk, sit, and talk or hear The employee must occasionally lift and or move more than 100 lbs. and climb stairs Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Job Description
Requirements :
- General carbon steel piping knowledge
- Large bore valve knowledge
- SMAW welding experience
- Minor civil work
- Carpentry
- Structural fitting
- Knowledge of 480V and 110V electricity is also ideal
- Must be able to access confined space underground vaults to perform PM services
- Experience with steam and underground utilities is also a plus
- Ability to interact with contractors and the general public, as well as have good field engineering and organization
- Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions, plans, and procedure manuals
- Write routine reports; and communicate effectively

Physical requirements :
Pay Rate Range : $25.00 hr. to $30.00 hr. (depending on level of experience)
Days : Monday through Friday
Hours : 4 : 45 am to 3 : 15 pm
(This is a non-smoking facility)
