Regional Sales Manager - Northeast

We're looking for an experienced manager in Medical Device sales to lead a team of direct sales representatives in our Northeast Region to support our growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

Standardization and continuity throughout the Region

Exceed monthly performance standards set by the National Sales Director

Identify and retain top talent in order to successfully grow sales team

Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quota

Build strong relationships with KOLs (key opinion leaders), key strategic customers and domestic sales team

Assistance of development and growth within IDN Systems and GPOs

Lead and develop team consistent with Caldera's C4 Values (Care, Collaborate, Challenge & Create)

Requires a minimum of 60% overnight travel - 3 nights per week

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Minimum of 2 full years in medical device sales management
• Experience in fast growth company or division
• Navigating and obtaining the VAC process; selling into the OR
• Managed at least 5 direct reports
• Must have positive track record of exceeding quota during tenure as a sales rep
• Bachelor's degree
