Naturescape is seeking to hire a full-time Sales & Customer Service Support Assistant to provide support to all our branches from our home office in Muskego, WI. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT ASSISTANT

As a Sales & Customer Service Support Assistant, you will be a crucial part of a company that strives to provide phenomenal service to each one of our customers. You will make a meaningful impact with every interaction you have with our customers, directly contributing to their satisfaction and the company's success. Your responsibilities would include :

In this role, you will work a varying schedule, as it will require some Saturday hours, and may occasionally need some Sunday and evening hours. We will work with you to ensure all necessary hours are covered while maintaining a 5-day, 40-hour work week. Typically, your hours will be 8 am - 4 pm or 9 am - 5 pm.

You don't need to know everything about lawn care or the above topics, but having proficient typing skills will be helpful. If you've had previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or Sales Associate, those skills may help you excel quickly in this role. We are excited to teach you everything you need to know to be successful, as long as you are open to learning and growing with us.
