🔹 Your Role : Air Import or Export Coordinator

You will be responsible for managing ocean import or export shipments, ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations, and delivering top-tier customer service.

🛠 Key Responsibilities :

✅ Manage end-to-end air import or export shipments

✅ Pre-alert agents and shippers, organize and prepare required documentation

✅ Track and coordinate cargo from origin to final destination

✅ Arrange pick-ups, deliveries, and container loading

✅ Ensure compliance with all international shipping regulations

✅ Handle billing, payables, and shipment documentation processing

✅ Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining strong communication with clients

🎯 What We re Looking For :

• 2+ years of experience in international freight forwarding operations
• Strong knowledge of ocean import or export logistics
• Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team environment
• Problem-solving & decision-making skills in a fast-paced industry
• Experience with CargoWise or similar freight software (preferred)
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
