Job Summary
The Medical Program Coordinator partners with a multidisciplinary team to help manage and support various systems and processes across medical sites that are instrumental in providing a safe and therapeutic environment.
Education And Experience
- Bachelors degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years proven experience in a program coordinator position preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of the behavioral healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of insurance and billing.
- Experience with accounting / ordering systems.
Required Skills / Abilities

Manage and oversee the orientation process of incoming clients.Collect and analyze program evaluation and client feedback; compile program evaluation results and metrics.Lend general support to nursing and medical staff.Coordinate on- and off-site events (e.g. medical appointments, dentist program, etc.).Help implement program changes.Administrative duties as assigned.Event and meeting management duties as assigned.Assist with ordering supplies.Provide consistent and efficient direct operational support to the Medical Director.Monitor quality assurance in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations, making suggestions for improvement.Maintain strict confidentiality, HIPAA, and 42CFR Part 2 compliance.Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Standing, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, typing, speaking, hearing, seeing.Exposure to a clinical and medical environment.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.Driving in all weather conditions.Benefits And Perks
