Lead Youth Soccer Coach

Must be centrally located to Conyers, Covington, and McDonough.

You will be coaching soccer to children 2-8 years old at schools and public parks in these towns.

Must be available to coach on Saturdays during seasons.

Compensation

• $22.00 / hour starting. Significant increases available with high performance.

About This Job

As a full-time youth soccer coach, you will first begin by learning the Soccer Shots method from our lead coaches.

Each day you will be at a different school or childcare center in Covington or Conyers to coach the Soccer Shots curriculum to kids.

You will be evaluated once your training has completed to ensure you are properly trained and ready to lead your own sessions (with an assistant coach helping you).

S afety-conscious, whose #1 priority is the safety of children under their care.

C aring, engaging with each child through specific and positive affirmation.

O rganized, who plan ahead and are systematic in routine, conducting each session according to the lesson plan and working with children to maintain appropriate order for the age group.

R esponsible, who are committed to doing what is expected of them as the coach and "face" of Soccer Shots.

E nergetic, bringing Soccer Shots to life by creating a fun and exciting atmosphere that leads a child to smile and participate.
