Job descriptionPassionate about positively impacting Children's' lives and giving back to the community Energetic, engaging, and responsible Safety conscious Consistent Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 kids (3045 minutes) Follow weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment Engage each child individually during class Manage equipment and class roster Attend team meetings and trainings Provide post-session feedback Use creativity to make each session engaging and impactful Show up to every session

Soccer Shots is looking for a passionate youth soccer coach to serve children ages 2-8. No soccer experience is required!
What We Offer :
- Flexible hours : No minimum # of sessions per week.
- Base pay increase following the 2nd season
- Direct 90-day track to become lead coach with pay increase
- Seasonal performance bonuses
