Major Responsibilities
As Manager / Supervisor exemplify the organization's values of partnerships, excellence, growth and safety. Promotes a culture that fosters trust and partnerships through appreciation, acknowledgement, and inclusion. Is committed to the Quality Management System and understands responsibility for ISO 9001 : 2015 and continuous improvement process. Directs activities relating to safety including compliance with all regulatory agencies (OSHA, EPA, etc), security, and property / casualty insurance matters. Monitor raw materials and IML Label supplies for the manufacture of products. Responsible for facility maintenance to ensure work environment is safe.

Education and / or Experience : Education : BS. Degree in Industrial Safety Management or equivalent experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational skills with proven ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously. Extensive knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other government regulations. Experience : In addition to the educational requirements, 1 3 years Safety Experience in an industrial setting.
