Aon is hiring a Marketing Project Manager to work in the New York City office three days per week.

What the day will look like

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will facilitate information flow on programs and metrics, develop initiative-specific metrics and success criteria, and educate Marketing & Communications colleagues on effective project management to strengthen organizational capabilities.

  • Regular reviews of project management practices will be conducted to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Track and report on metrics and project progress to stakeholders. Analyzes marketing data, interprets trends, and makes recommendations for future project.
  • Lead project meetings, delegates tasks, and ensures everyone is aligned on goals and outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the firm to ensure alignment on processes and priorities.
  • Present to leadership and marketing business partners to enhance understanding and support for strategic objectives.

Additional Responsibilities

Beyond the Marketing specific responsibilities, the project manager will also work on People Organization specific such as project and change management initiatives for the broader Chief Administrative Office (CAO) as well as the full CAO Strategy and team. Including but not limited to support of the Governance, Insights, and Experience team, as well as the People Risks and Listening Strategy team.

This role is responsible for leading and managing marketing projects and campaigns from conception to completion. This role blends project management expertise with a strong understanding of marketing strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams (such as creative, content, product, and sales) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.

  • The ability to execute with speed, accuracy and efficiency
  • Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.

    Pay Transparency Laws :

    The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $85,000 - $95,000 USD annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

    This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
