Shipping & Receiving Clerk (Presidio, SF)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support daily logistics and mailroom operations. This position is responsible for sorting, scanning, and delivering incoming and outgoing mail and packages, coordinating shipments with external carriers, performing regular mail runs and pick ups, and supporting other site and client needs through administrative and logistical support.

What you’ll do

• Provide professional, courteous customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform regular mail runs, including pickup and delivery of mail and packages throughout the campus and between multiple locations
• Sort, scan, and deliver incoming mail and packages to appropriate client personnel.
• Prepare and process outgoing shipments using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and others including creating shipment labels
• Receive and log incoming deliveries; inspect for damage and notify recipients.
• Utilize Oracle or similar enterprise receiving / shipping systems to receive and process items against purchase orders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned to support client and site needs
