Controls Engineer

Our client is seeking a Controls Engineer with a background in lead or support commissioning and start-up activities on-site at manufacturing facilities. As a Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, programming, and debugging PLC and HMI systems, primarily using Rockwell Automation (RSLogix 5000 / Studio 5000, FactoryTalk View). The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams, able to work under minimal supervision and exhibit a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Brookville, OH

Pay Rate : Pay is between $35 to $45 / hour w2 (Will be dependent on experience level)

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC logic, I / O communications, and network diagnostics.
• Develop and update electrical and control schematics using AutoCAD Electrical or similar tools.
• Interface with customers, project managers, electricians, and mechanical teams during project execution.
